Processing Time

All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be handcrafted before it ships.

During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

After your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order's journey.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include our production time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already shipped, we are unable to replace or refund the order. If the package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it once the correct shipping address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
